Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale, as they are made specifically for you. The $50 deposit is fully refundable if you decline our quote before production begins.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
How to Return
Email info@sacredcraft.art with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
